I have usually 5 or 6 pimples at a time..<br />I stopped eating junk food and soda because I was trying to go on a diet but then I realized while on my diet I had 0!! acne!!<br />I&#39;m Soo happy now I have never had clear skin till now..

I LOVE dr. pepper! But i have recently noticed that when I stop drinking it for periods of time I have a beautiful face. It never fails that once I start drinkind Dr. P again I break out. So now I know for sure that soda contributes to my breakouts. THANKS!

Im going to save this page. I have moderate/severe acne and i am a soda drinker, since i was little. I am going to stop drinking soda for 1 month and rewrite on this page again. Its going to be my little experiment, i am so determined to get clear skin i will stop at nothing &gt;:)

Yes. Drinking water is a great way to flush out those nasty body toxins. Not only that, it helps your skin hydrate. :)
